Commercial Construction

Wilson-Covington has built schools, churches, banks, shopping centers, and other public and commercial structures over the years. More recently, we have been heavily involved in tenant upfits (restaurants, office and retail spaces) as well as small and mid-size new commercial work. What makes Wilson-Covington unique in the commercial construction world is the size of the company. We are large enough to bring knowledgeable employees, subcontractors, and suppliers in on any project, yet still small enough that your individual project does not become just another number.

Our project managers and superintendents are experienced in stepping any customer through the many hurdles faced in new or upfit work. This includes dealing with ever-changing building and accessibility codes, keeping up with the newest construction methods and materials, and helping customers develop both a budget and timeline for any project.

At the end of our commercial projects we are pleased to leave customers with a high quality of work and not holding a bill filled with change orders.
