Both construction and maintenance personnel working for property owners and property managers are overseen by full-time supervisors. All work requests, parts, materials, and invoices are tracked through Timberline software, providing the customer a full breakdown of all job costs.

Wilson-Covington also works with a team of well-respected and competitive subcontractors to handle additional property operations including larger painting jobs, cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, carpet installation, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, tub reglazing, landscaping, and tree work.

Wilson-Covington currently provides maintenance and construction services to over 4,300 single and multi-family rental units and hotels. Our experience and work volume enable us to maintain low overhead and extremely competitive hourly rates. Customers do not incur travel charges or fuel surcharges and will only be billed for actual time and materials used to complete a task.
