Lewisville, NC Home

Wilson-Covington proudly built this custom home, designed by Stitch Design, for a long-time commercial client who were ready to build their forever home. The modern home sits on a sloping yard that has views of a creek and pond to the rear of the home. Wilson-Covington helped the architect and owners prioritize where it made sense to spend money, and where value could be achieved through cost-saving measures, allowing the customers to realize their intended aesthetic and use for the home within their budget. The site itself presented some challenges with the slope and trees, but with the knowledge of Stitch and the Wilson-Covington team, the home was gracefully set on the wooded lot, and key trees were saved to enhance the natural beauty and shading of the home. The home features many innovative and creative features, including a living space television that conceals above the fireplace, outdoor shower and hot tub, and stunning wall mural detail in the main staircase. On this project, Stitch provided the architectural and interior design components, which allowed for a seamless timeline even on this ultra-custom build. Wilson-Covington is thankful for clients like these, who trust the firm for all their commercial and residential building needs.
