Both of our custom home projects for our clients, designed by Stitch Design Shop, have come to completion. The unique style of this home required a blend of residential and commercial elements.
As mentioned in Triad City Beat’s newsletter that features our work, we do very specific, relationship-driven, construction for each homeowner and projects like this require that level of coordination between owner, architect, and builder.
These progress photos are from the start of our crew installing a new retaining wall, which separates the front and back yards of the home. Once completed, this new wall will help control drainage and allow for more aesthetic landscaping possibilities.
While building this new home, a bird decided to move in on the roof. Our superintend on site carefully relocated the nest to a nearby tree to not disrupt the bird and allow us to continue constructing this beautiful home.
