Korner’s Folly Phase I Restoration Complete

Wilson-Covington is proud to have been a part of this exciting project and looking forward to work in Phase II of the restoration of this Local Historic Landmark.

Phase I work included exterior masonry repairs, most of which were structural, and the installation of a continuous footing under the front porch wall on the street-side of the structure. Wilson-Covington enjoyed working with John Larson, a historical consultant and Vice-President of Architecture at Old Salem Museums and Gardens, Martin Page, a Professional Engineer specializing in historic work, and the Board and Staff of Korner’s Folly. This project is certainly something that Kernersville and surrounding areas can be proud of.
