Restaurant Wash Area Flooring Complete
Wilson-Covington is proud to have helped this local restaurant redo their wash area floor without any pause in the operation. Our crew began work on a Saturday afternoon after closing and had the restaurant back up and running for Monday morning. Wilson-Covington’s experience in open-store grocery remodels allows for this type of well coordinated turnaround no matter the size of project.

Wilson-Covington Under Way on Sheetz, Fayetteville, NC
Wilson-Covington has begun construction of the firm’s first Sheetz in Fayetteville, NC. Wilson-Covington has years’ of experience in retail and grocery construction under tight timelines and will bring this experience to this new customer’s work.
Residential Bathroom Remodels Complete
Wilson-Covington recently completed remodeling an entire home in the New Sherwood area of Winston-Salem, NC including three bathrooms. Work included reconfiguring the layout of the bathrooms and closets and all new fixtures and finishes. A custom etched glass panel nicely finished out the master shower.
A Trio of Projects in the Triangle
Wilson-Covington is currently finishing up three projects in Durham and Cary, NC. These include two conversions of former Kroger grocery stores to Harris Teeter grocery stores as well as facade remodels for the shopping centers. The Harris Teeter stores will be opening shortly. These complex projects with short schedules highlight the skills of the Wilson-Covington team to coordinate many subcontractors, vendors, and owner vendors in short windows to get projects done on time and within budget.
Medical Office Complete in Winston-Salem, NC
Wilson-Covington completed the interior and exterior upfit of this two-story building in Winston-Salem, NC for a medical office and laboratory space. Work included the addition of an elevator to serve the upper floor and extensive facade improvements along with new interior layout and all finishes.
